Changes since 1.04
- Added support for CUE/BIN that use multiple BIN files for tracks
- CD_PlayTrack will now exit if the requested start track isn't audio
- ISO/BIN files are no longer held open when mounted, except when streaming Audio
- Resolved an issue that was causing missing BIN files to not generate an error
