The forum is currently being hit by thousands of sessions from random sources. To prevent the server going offline, the number of active sessions has been restricted.

This isn't the only site I visit that is being attacked today, the only similarities are they both have phpbb based forums and are UK sites.

This issue is hopefully now resolved and the active session restriction has been removed.

The site is once again being targeted by a Botnet, coming from VietNam, Indonesia, India and Brazil.
It appears to be limiting itself to around 200 connections, as no matter how many IP ranges I block (its now in the tens of thousands) the site always has roughly the same number of connections.
