Sequential disc test

The attached ADFFS 2.90 alpha Module for RO3.1x includes support for sequential ADF/ADL.

Sequencing is applied to HFE, ADF/ADL and APD if FileCore reports the floppy is sequential (eg ADFS-L format).

NOTE; Attachment removed, as this is included in ADFFS 2.87

This seems to be working fine on all the AU ADL images I tested except for the Feb-92 image, which I believe is known to be a bad rip.

Thanks for confirming. I did note there's something odd with Feb-92, although didn't look at it - I just presumed it was bad to start with.

I will need to test/update the ADF imager at some point as it doesn't know about sequential discs.
