Hi,

Searching for an Archimedes World Cover Disc Game
I remember it being a Defender clone and in between each level there was a block of text that told a story.
Compared to every other game I'd played at that point a game having a story was a completely new concept.
Not in the manual, not the description in a text adventure, but actual plot.
At the time it was an absolute revelation to me, even though it was nothing but a block of text in between defender levels.
But the discs and magazines are all long since lost and I cannot remember the name.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Humanoids and Robotix (1993) (Cambridge International Software)
Orion (1988) (Minerva)

It might be a PD game?
