Firstly - this archive is amazing, really glad some of this software gets preserved.

This is probably a more general noob question / confusion, i'm only a day in, so here we go:

Just started with Arculator running ARM3 / RiscOS 3.10 (I tried RISCOS 2 for nostalgia but seems to not run well, often cant detect mouse clicks, might be the Arm3 is breaking it). With this I can easily mount .afs files and run them. Found a few games and applications I used to use on my A440/1 I can do this way.

This archive is clealy built using a different format. If i want to load these do i just need to insatll ADFFS into my virtual A440 in Arculator? How do i load them in?

Maybe a bit out of scope for this forum, but how do I deal with the zip files (which contain the ! files and structure etc, but dont seem to "mount")?

And lastly - is this just the wrong way to do this? Should I get a Pi and run RISCOS from this instead? Seems like I would have to run a later version but that might be fun anyway...

Probably start here: How to install and use ADFFS

Arculator will be fine, I'd use ARM3 with the fastest MHz, otherwise it's painfully slow - ADFFS will regulate the game speed. ADFFS requires RISC OS 3 minimum.

You only need a Pi if you want to use modern Joysticks - XB360 controllers etc.
