Rockfall

Is there a version of LCDgm that displays Rockfall's title page correctly? It seems to be missing the left of the screen.
Whilst testing my code for IOC emulation this week, I noticed Rockfall relies on VIDC displaying an image in the left border.
I'm not sure if LCDgm can work around that or not, but it explains why the left side is missing with LCDgm loaded.
