Also, not sure if relevant, but I am using my A3020 with a 15Khz CRT monitor.

I replaced the obey file as instructed, but unfortunately I'm still getting the same problem.
Try a SHIFT-Power On, then load !ADFFS without loading anything else. I suspect you might have something that's breaking things.

Possibly a virus, as per other thread? I installed VZap, but every time I run it is says "Extend virus is in memory:- Reset recommended ! - Click OK to continue or Cancel to RESET machine". However, when I click Cancel the machine resets, but I get the same message when I load VZap again.

Virus scan / repair using Pineapple Virus Killer has fixed this, game now works.
