Re: MusMod 2 QTM v0.06 available

- QTM is now initialised to 8 channels as Mus2QTM initialises (fixes Omar Sharif which doesn't have music) Try using QTMv1.44a and only 4 channels again, with QTM_PlaySample R0=-1 - this should now work perfectly! Battle Chess - !Battle.NOTHING won't play (worked around I believe by changing the !R...

QTM v1.44 development version

QTM v1.44 alpha is now available for download from the FTP site Full details in the !ReadMe, but in summary: QTM v1.44a fixes a bug in the tracker routine which lead to QTM cutting off any effect samples playing on the same channels if music was playing, even if the music was not actually using that...

Re: MusMod 2 QTM v0.04 available

Excellent work, can't wait to try this out. Is the source code on the dev site too? I may have an hour or so spare this weekend, and could fire off a few QTM tweaks into a new test version, if that's useful? - If so, could you make a priority list of things we need to add/implement to QTM? Also take...

Re: MusMod 2 QTM v0.01 available

I've figured out what Mus_Patch does, but don't believe we can implement it. When the songpos hits the value passed in R1, songpos is changed to the value in R0 - that will need implementing in QTM. Mus_EffectControl seems to take a linear value in R0 (0-127) and a scaling factor in R1, it may alte...

Re: MusMod 2 QTM v0.01 available

Not sure why the blank music files don't work - possibly the way MusMod2QTM registers them with QTM. I'll need to take a look at those when I get the time. Will make a note on that!

Re: MusMod 2 QTM v0.01 available

I let QTM decide what channel to put the sound on, doesn't sound like it's working as well as I'd hoped. Ok that feature of QTM doesn't always work as well as it should, but particularly not with 3-channel music, such as MusMod music. Krisalis games used Amiga tracks for the most part, and most of ...

Re: MusMod 2 QTM v0.01 available

Testing with Chuck Rock: SWI Mus_Effect R0 - Sample address (logarithmic sample data) R1 - Volume (0-255) R2 - Sample length R3 - Pitch Have added this to swi_museffect and it's working wonderfully. Still need to work out Mus_Patch and Mus_EffectStatus although we may get away with ignoring these, ...

More than happy with that - give me a shout if there's any information you need or anything in the source which isn't obvious.
