Re: ADFFS future feature testing
Updated obey.zip and Modules on the dev site, which get Frak! working. Screen memory is no longer remapped to the RO3 DA2 area when emulating RO3.5 or above. Games affect by this change are: Alone in the Dark Bubble Impact Dune II - Battle for Arrakis [CD version] Enter The Realm [SA version] Fire ...

Re: ADFFS future feature testing
Played a little with Bambuzzle on 2.60RC1, the game freezes when time is out. Must be a regression as this was working, I'll roll back the code and figure out what the root cause is tomorrow. I've not been able to reproduce this, so see if still occurs with the latest Modules. Fixed now. Note that ...

Played a little with Bambuzzle on 2.60RC1, the game freezes when time is out. Edit: always forgot to mention I use a Pi3 OS 5.23 (07-Oct-16) Edit2: other game "Birds of War" Start the game, on request of disc 'BOWSound' Ctrl+Shift+2 (I didn't know if it was the correct one) the press space...

Re: ADFFS 2.59 testing
I was toying a little with Xenon2, and I got an "ADFF5001 Illegal vector value' error. The way to reproduce it: start the game, switch to disc 2 as requested by the game and while it is displaying its credits press Ctrl+Esc. I will try later on the 2.60 when I get the time to download it. Edit,...

Re: ADFFS future feature testing
Well, Jon if you get bored, after games, you could always try to get demos running on the Pi.
Actually, I am curious to see one of the iron Dignity demos running on the Pi.

Re: Desktop Tracker shim issues
Jon, I had a play in the past at rewriting some Tracker modules in the past to let the TimPlayer module do the work to get some old demos work on the StrongARM, in other words I wrote shims. I have been recently extending them in the frame of future version 1.25 of the TimPlayer module. So far I hav...

Re: Desktop Tracker shim issues
QTM is too limited for decent DTT support, for several reasons: - DTT can have up to 16 channels - DTT can use a linear mode (if bit 2 of word at offset &84 = 0) like IT or XM, i.e. a mode where internal pitch is expressed as a fraction of semitones (1/32) instead of the usual amiga period. Slid...

Don't be surprised for Carnage Inc if you have a few crashes ever after you fix. I remember playing it and crashing it a few time.

Re: ADFFS 2.57 beta
I just demoed the PI 3 to an old friend recently and so I downloaded a few games we played in the past to try out with ADDFS. Lemmings (1991), works fine, just an Abort on data transfer at &8020 on Exit. Gods (1992) works fine. SWIV BUZZ version (1993) works fine. Alone in the Dark (1995), follo...

Re: ADFFS 2.55 beta
I completely forgot to report about it, but after your announce on the ROOL site, I just gave it a quick test on my PI 3 with a few games. Rockfall worked perfectly for the 4 or 5 levels I played. Lemmings 2 is working too but I got stuck on the disc change until I reread the instructions carefully ...
