Re: ADFFS 2.83
Unfortunately that functionality doesn't seem to work reliably. I tried it on Provocator and it didn't work.

Re: ADFFS 2.83
OK, thanks for the info. As a side point, this seems to be a general issue when saving scores back to protected disks. As a solution, might it be possible to instead save that data to the directory the JFD is located in, and have ADFFS (possibly as part of the obey file) reload that file when the ga...

Re: ADFFS 2.83
Do you happen to know if high score saving would therefore work for these re-releases when installed to HD (for those games that originally support it)? Basically, all the original Eterna JFDs don't support this, so for someone who wants the ability to save their scores (the main premise for actuall...

Re: ADFFS 2.83
About the Uffenkamp re-releases of the Eterna games - using ADFFS, can they be installed to HD, unlike the original releases?

Re: ADFFS 2.83
Could you try the following and let me know if it still reports an error: Open a JFD via ADFFS Dismount from the ADFS::0 Filer icon Eject from ADFFS I tried that, and it seemed to work, but when I repeated the process on a different JFD I got a slight variation of the error - clicking on the :0 dri...

Re: ADFFS 2.83
Also, in the obey file for Axis (F1003401), there seems to be a typo:
Presumably, that should be:2. Save the disc 1 image as !Axis.F1003401
3. Save the disc 2 image as !Axis.F1003401
2. Save the disc 1 image as !Axis.F1003401
3. Save the disc 2 image as !Axis.F1003402

Re: ADFFS 2.83
I came across another issue:
- Open a JFD via ADFFS
- Eject JFD
- Click :0 drive (with a physical floppy in drive) - error: "Filecore does not understand this disc"
- Click :0 drive again, physical disc reads normally
- Open a JFD via ADFFS
- Eject JFD

Re: ADFFS 2.83
In obey.zip these two are mixed up - the F1016301 file is for Joust, while the F1016302 file is for Euroblaster.F1016301 Flying High: Euroblaster (1997) (GEK)

No, I didn't want to input a load of hex before checking if it worked!IanJeffray wrote: ↑Wed Nov 15, 2023 1:44 am Did you try just typing in the mods to the !Run file shown in that video?
