Re: RO5.x IOMD
Both Zarch and Jet Fighter worked, games that write to VIDC1 aren't working though, which may be due to IRQ1V being directly modified by the game - or an issue along the line mentioned in the OP. The issue looks like it's IRQ1V not being called when T1 triggers, I suspect HAL_Timer intercepts the I...

Trapping LDR's in page zero
Just had a thought on how to implement this by changing the JIT core. This should remove the need to manually fix up IRQ/IRQ1v exit instructions past RO3.11: Exit the JIT if the next instruction is an LDR that would ordinarily be copied (coded) If the current instruction is an LDR that needs copying...

Top reasons games stop working past RO3
There's a variety of reasons why games stop working past RO3.11 and RO2 come to think of it, here a list the most likely candidates starting with things that break on RO3.1. The higher the number, the higher the OS version before it's an issue: Badly written !Run Obey file. Common issues are simply ...

Re: Site maintenance
The site has now moved to a local SSD drive which should hopefully make the site more responsive. I'd previously moved it to a network drive to prevent the filesystem corruption that was occurring, so fingers crossed it doesn't start again.

Re: What games would you like released next?
Nebulus and Lotus Turbo Challenge 2 are working on the Pi in the next ADFFS release (2.48), so I'll get them ready for release. I need to test them both on RO3.7 ARM610 and StrongARM and in the case of Nebulus sort out the scans and convert the manual to a PDF, expect a Feb release.

Re: ADFFS 2.47 beta
Lemmings has a minor cursor bug, as the cursor gets corrupted if I go to the edges of the screen I'm aware of this, I'll add it to the known issues. Rockfall = hangs with music repeating a note Known issue, I'm trying to resolve for the next release. SWIV works here without problems apparently! I w...

Re: What games would you like released next?
Must admit, what I'm most looking forward to is a number of the games from 'The Fourth Dimension' and 'Eterna/Systeme'. I guess the relevant permissions there are somewhat more challenging? The Fourth Dimension titles are somewhat in limbo, due to the sad loss of David Holden. I believe the "A...

Re: Creating APD Images
I am wanting to image my old floppies as I know some are starting to fail and have got through a large proportion but have no idea where to start with the protected originals, even after much googling. The software to create APD's isn't publicly available, you can however use ADFFS to create a JFD ...
