Re: ADFFS 2.69

Looks like the Learning Curve version added Acorn SWI support (I had previously been testing with the 1989 release). It adds JoyMod support. There's one SWI @ 409C0 which isn't getting a result returned from USBJoystick. I think you just need to return R0=0 if there's no Joystick attached to fix it.

I don’t see what you mean by ‘go nuts’.
Must just be on mine then. The selection page is cycling around the level options really fast, making it impossible to make a selection vie keyboard.

I'll breakpoint the code to see what Joystick_Read is returning.

Re: ADFFS 2.69

HeroQuest also works with 2.68s but not 2.68t The only change between 2.68s and 2.68t was the VCHIQ locking issue fix in the GraphicsV driver, so its possibly a timing issue around VSync that causing the lock. I suspect the game is getting into a race condition as it doesn't actually hang, I believ...

Re: ADFFS 2.69

I suspect that Jeffrey’s latest round of graphics code updates (which I think are related to mode changing!) are causing an issue. Your suspicions are correct, ironically those changes are the first part of a reimplementation that came off the back of issues I reported whilst coding the legacy MODE...

pi-topUtils 1.06

This build includes pi-top2 battery indication as provided by Timo Hartong. The HID driver has also been modified to support the pi-top2 keyboard, but is untested. If you receive an error reporting it failed to find the keyboard, please post your keyboard USB$Device value, so I can add it to the sup...

Re: RiscPC help

loading the created image generates 3 x disc error 10 @ 0/000B2C00, 0/000A6C00 and 0/000A9000. I then created an adf of the same floppy, which worked without problem and loading the created adf also worked without problem, no disc errors. Are those disc errors common or indicative of a generic prob...

Testing ADFFS and game deployment via PackMan

With a lot of help and development from Alan Buckley, downloading ADFFS and games currently supported on the Pi via PackMan is available for testing, by adding the following source URL: http://www.jaspp.org.uk/packages/release Caveats/issues: Although ADFFS is installed as a dependency, you still ne...

Re: RiscPC help

The attached version loads to the icon bar and does NOT lock the machine. Good stuff :) Thank you for tracking that down. No problem, thanks for assisting. I'm going to have to search the whole 3.71 ROM for SSBC claims to try to figure out how ADFS triggers a claim, there's something very odd going...
