Re: USBJoystick 0.20

Am I being a bit thick, how do I map to RISC OS Joystick 2? For example how can I map the right stick on Joystick 1 to RISC OS Joystick 2? I can map stick 1 on Joystick 1 to RISC OS Joystick 1 via: *USBJoystick_MapStick 0 0 (ie USB joystick 1, stick 1) I think there might also be a bug as the follow...

Re: USBJoystick 0.20

I’ve tested Saloon Cars using ADC mapped to the three channels for steering, brake and accelerator. It works perfectly, except the steering is reversed with my XB360 steering wheel. I could have sworn you wrote a manual for USBJoystick, but I couldn’t find it in the source or on my HD - is there a w...

Re: USBJoystick 0.20

Some of the mappings I can't currently implement are: Battle Tank needs the Thumb sticks mapped to a left/right tank tracks and the right trigger mapped to fire BloodLust needs the left thumb stick mapped to movement and the right thumb stick mapped to the firing direction Robotix needs the left thu...

Re: Joystick support changes

Hold off on testing 2.74n, there's a bug in the key mapping which is not observing the Deadzone correctly and its not accounting for the game/OS changing the mouse position or observing the mouse bounding box. I'm working through those issues and will get another beta uploaded soon.

Re: Joystick support changes

ADFFS 2.74n beta is now up for testing. I've fixed several bugs in the Joystick commands and Mouse support is now in a better state that I feel is good enough to release. Zarch now supports Joystick control, although it does take some getting used to with auto-centring Joysticks. Joystick support is...

Re: USBJoystick 0.20

Richard, how can we add support for multiple thumb sticks for use in games? I'm attempting to add Joystick support for BloodLust and a few others that use keyboard for movement and Mouse for firing direction, but unless I'm missing something obvious I can't see how to read the 2nd thumb stick on the...

Re: Starfighter 3000 and ADFFS

I don't suppose it's possible to turn an SCP or an HFE into a ADFFS format? I've not looked at supporting HFE as a standard hasn't been defined yet. My understanding is that its a flux image, similar to IPF, which once converted to a bitstream could be fed into ADFFS' 1772 emulator as its loaded, i...

Re: Starfighter 3000 and ADFFS

I've had a look at your image files, the good news in the Icon virus is only partially there. You can clean it by removing the last two lines in !HDInstall.!Boot - which won't affect the protection. Disc 1 is failing on the first protection check and by the looks of it around 2K is missing from the ...
