@Jon: Tried RC4 with today's modules, and Small is still failing 1/2 of the times.

After updating to latest Risc OS ROM and ADFFS 2.60, I can't get Small to fail after a fresh boot anymore. However, it fails when run again after exiting it via CTRL+SHIFT+F12

Perhaps it was falling foul of a bug in the OS? Until I updated to 16-12-16 to check the latest kernel changes didn't break us, I was running 26-12-16.

I don't recall what happened when I tried to run a game after Small, it possibly has BASIC code and ADFFS couldn't reset the BASIC Module, because the OS thinks it's in use. A quick test is to F12 after you quit out, type *Modules and see if BASIC's address starts with a 2. I've still not figured a fix for this yet, ideally BASIC needs to be localized within the VMM environment...something for the next big update.

@Jon: *modules after running Small says:

140 FC1A7914 0000000 BASIC

I tried to run *modules before running Small, but the output is very long and I can't read it all. Something like |more for Risc OS command line?

Starts with an F, so it's not BASIC that's the issue.

@Jon: Do you mean that you know what the issue is then?
Other games, like Cannon Fodder, also alter the BASIC module after exit...

Merry christmas, by the way! Hope you have a good night. I'm not doing anyhting special but messing aroud with Risc OS and the ZX-UNO :D
