Re: ADFFS 2.63 public beta

@Jon: I have been testing almost all compatible games, and except for some !Run script updates I had to do on HD-installed games, I couldn't find any regressions.. Have you seen anything strange you want me to try on Pi1/2? That is good news. I'm not aware of anything specific to test, although I w...

Re: Site is now SSL, please update your links

Quality control around here sucks. It's gets better...if you follow the corrected link it redirects to port 9000, even though there's no occurrences of port 9000 on the server or firewall.

Re: ADFFS 2.63 public beta

So, is this a good time to re-test all compatible games looking for regressions again on the Raspberry 1/3? Sure is...the bit I don't look forward too as it takes so much time testing all the games across so many OS/ARM/chipsets variations. That said, I could just take the decision to push updates ...

JFD recording files

I'm making these recording files available to allow original game floppies to be imaged on later machines that they won't necessarily run on, without ADFFS. You could for example use them to image original floppies on a StrongARM RiscPC or Iyonix. To use them, follow the ADFFS !Help instructions (in...

Re: Struggling with ADFFS/Pi2/RO5.23

I've picked up a proper RPC now, but creating adf's of my old disks has proven problematic. I've replied on another thread to this effect. You need a machine the game will run on first, before you can create the recording file. I'll make the recording files I've generated publicly available, which ...

Re: Creating APD Images

To create the recording file to then image a game, you must be able to run the game on the machine you're attempting to imaging it on. You also need a harddisc to save the recording file too and 4MB of RAM to create the image itself, so for the majority of games that will be a 4MB ARM3 based machine.
