Does anyone remember these two games?

I’m currently in a nostalgia mood.
Two games which I remember but not sure if I can get hold of for the Arculator.
One is Guardians of the Greenwood.
Second I can’t remember the name but it was like Tanks.
When using one of the weapons a voice said “I love the smell of napalm in the morning” or something like that!
Any help would be great!
