Re: Partition Manager feedback
I've yet to figure out how to switch the boot device to SCSI on first boot. That could be tricky as you won't necessarily know which drive number the SCSI device will have. You have two options: (1) ask the user, or (2) make an educated guess based on the drive number PartMgr is currently writing t...

Re: Partition Manager feedback
Could you try the current build and upload the debug log please. This time SCSI 0:1:1 appeared in the list of drives, and the FAT32 volume on the drive appeared in the list of volumes. Looking good. As far as I can see, all the bugs I reported have now been fixed. Debug log attached just in case.

Re: Partition Manager feedback

Re: Partition Manager feedback
Try the build I've just uploaded. Yes the FAT32 partition is now dismounted properly. With the 4 in 1 attached and no card in the first slot, could you grab the output from the tests below please: I'll have a go at posting the results inline. I think I managed to select ISO8859-1 encoding... 2 Addr...

Re: Partition Manager feedback
its fixed in today's build. That's much better, thanks. When a FAT32FS mounted partition is deleted, PM will attempt to dismount it - but only if it was previously mounted by FAT32FS before PM was loaded. That doesn't quite square with what I'm seeing. Sequence of events is: 1. Insert SD card reade...

Re: Partition Manager feedback
Hopefully the 1.01 27/07/23 build above will resolve both issues. SD card in slot 1 of card reader: Still not recognised. Oddly, PartMgr is now closing all open Filer windows on SSD4 when run: the SSD4 icon is still present on the icon bar so the windows can be reopened but it is disconcerting none...

Re: Partition Manager feedback
PartMgr 1.01 testing had its ups and downs. Good: FAT32 drives initialised on macOS no longer report a size discrepancy. Less good: "4-in-1" SD card readers still won't appear unless the SD card is plugged into slot 0. Log file "1-CardReader.txt" shows what happens when the SD ca...
