Create an ADF with the ADFFS imager and email it to me to start with. Details on how to submit and scan requirements etc are at the bottom of the !ADFFS app Help.

I wouldn't fret, it was my own fault for not copying the message to the clipboard, which is something I always do in case of a submission error.
